Haven't done a launch for a while, not sure if I'll fall foul of this QL bug....not sure what it is or what causes it?.

Yep, your fault . Of course not. I should have known better. Some other forum members already warned us of this. Don't visit other neighbours and don't restart the game during a launch. I was just overconfident. It's a pretty bad bug though...
