Android and IOS players can now befriend windows pc players

After the last update to mobile devices.

Android and IOS players can be neighbors with window pc players.

windows pc can receive invites but not send them.

They also currently can not visit them.

I send Fuel 20 to an IOS player and he received Fuel 3.

Will keep this thread updated with findings as they develop.

LOL this is going to be big if they combine all Operating Systems. You are lol going to have to revamp forums as we would all most likely be experiencing the same problems, gifting and visiting each other, etc.
