I'm considering about how to spend green bills

game says "allows to make auto-collect for nearby buildings", but i felt this description is not clear

- are they fully automatic, or do i have to activate it?
- do they works only by existing, or have any running costs?
- how large are their auto-collecting range?

if these buildings are not worth to build, what would you recommend instead?

Answering your questions.
1- they are not automatic, you have to start them.
2- you have to pay one of the 6 different contracts, the number of contracts available are direct related to the number of visa centers or bank branches you have. 1 building means 1 one contract, 6 buildings means 6 contracts. Each contract have a price to be started, you can pay either with green cash, or silver tokens.
3- only one block radius, to expand up to 7 blocks radius you have to build the building that does that, note that you can buy the building that expands de radius only after you buy 6 visa ou bank branches.

You’re way too early in the game to be thinking about visacenters and bank branches in my opinion. Not only do they cost greens but you need silver tokens to initiate the contract and those are best used to buy he serve hangar.

Save your greens and buy land for your city.

At some point you can't use coins, you have to use greenies.

After 20 land expansion you have to use greenies. So save those greenies and use coins until you can't anymore.
