When the update arrived last week, there were three new quests. The main quest with the timer was one. The Aztec Pyramid quest was another. And the Professor quest - as listed above - was the third. I didn't include the official quest titles but I believe Trip to Dreamland was one of the steps...
Thirteen days left and both Waverly huff and Waverlyhuff2 are on target for the quest. Each need two more Some Like It Hot collections. Have two The Truth is Out There collections but want four to get the Crop Circles. Much better drop ration than with those darn butterflies. Waverly huff will...
My understanding is that there is no time limit. I base this on reading the Android forum on this quest. Are there any Android neighbors out there who can confirm this?
Cheers,
Tom

Waverly huff has six Book Stores in line with the right-most Space Travel Monument.
Waverlyhuff2 has six Book Stores in line with the Mission Control Center.
Cheers,
Tom
My understanding is that the Aztec Pyramid quest, along with the Alien Legacy quest and the Space Travel Monument quest, is a permanent addition to the game and can be played over and over. Although needing six completions rather than four does make it a bit more difficult.

Tom
A Trip to Dreamland
1. Activate a Map to Area 51 and complete a flight there - 1 time
2. Obtain the Some Like It Hot collection by flying to Area 51 - 1 time
3. Find a Hydraulic Tool in Area 51 - 1 time
Cheers,
Tom
No, there is not. My feeling is that it will arrive on Thursday. Remember that this quest has no time limit, unlike the main quest. My advice would be to focus on It Came from Outer Space and work on this Aztec Pyramid quest secondarily. There is a separate thread for Aztec Pyramid here...
Slow but steady progress on the new quest. I seem to be getting better collection drops than I did with past challenges. I wrote "Patience!" on a sticky note and have it on my iPad case. Ha!
Cheers,
Tom
To earn a Crop Circles "building" you need to complete The Truth Is Out There quest four times. Only then should you complete the Some Like It Hot quest. You can always earn the collectibles but not "collect" the Plasma Blasters until you have the Crop Circles. That's my plan, at least.
Cheers,
Tom
My strategy is to concentrate on flights to the new destinations. I started with eight Jets going to Tunguska every four hours. In the meantime I landed guest plans to build my stock of Air Magnetometers. The drop rate is fairly good and I'm working on getting my fourth Fighter. Once I do I'll...
My advice is to wait until you have three or four Fighter Planes before you go to Area 51. We still have around 17 days left and the maps are precious. Remember that you only have to start the flights within the six hours. You can send two, wait an hour or so for your fuel reserves to build up...
I guess it is just random. At least we have 17 days left. I keep telling myself to be patient (which goes against my nature) because we've only been playing the quest for a few days.
Cheers,
Tom
The Atlas only drops from your own Book Stores, not your neighbors'. Later on in the quest you look for Map Drafts in your neighbors' Book Stores.
It's random ... but it helps if you have six Book Stores in your city and tap them every time they regenerate. It took Waverlyhuff2 two days before...
The Hydraulic Tool drops from Area 51 (needed to open the crashed UFO and get The Truth is Out There Collection) seems to be "always" now. Perhaps GI fixed it. Anybody else seeing this?
Cheers,
Tom
The Atlas only drops from your Book Stores. Two steps later you go to neighbor cities to find Map Drafts from their Book Stores. It took Waverlyhuff2 two days to get the Atlas. On Waverly huff it dropped from the second Book Store I tapped. It's all random.
Cheers,
Tom
