Yes, the Fighter needs an empty hangar. You could always wait until you stockpile maps and build more than one Fighter. But don't wait too long or you won't have time to collect items from Area 51. Cheers, Tom

My understanding from reading the Android forum is that there is no time limit. It's like the Alien Legacy or Space Travel Monument quests; you can continue to earn them after the main quest is over. Cheers, Tom

Now I understand. Yes, you get the Cleat from tapping on your Brazilian cottages and villas and those of your neighbors. I would suggest building six of each in your city and visiting neighbors daily. My two games, for example, have six of each. Good luck! Cheers, Tom

Not sure what you mean by "soccer cleat for soccer stadium." The items necessary to complete a build on the Stadium are four each of Bench, Goal Posts, Video Board and Robotic Lawnmower. Did you mean one of these? Cheers, Tom
