Thanks to everyone that took screen shots! They were necessary last time my game crashed in order to get everything back --- this time playing to level 3 and sending GI the new game code did the trick!

My game is fully restored and I didn't lose a single item - not even the cocktail bar I had just received shortly before my game crashed! I apologize to GI - I'm so happy they are now able to restore games without the hassle like it was last time!

Last time my game crashed to level 1, people said to not play because it would sync on the server and they could not restore so I was a little hesitant to play anymore and closed it after trying to restore once.

Do I wait for them to respond before playing to level 3? I can't send the code to them until level 3? Please clarify this :-)

You can't see the difference between the two? voluntarily giving someone something and stealing it from them are two very different things. From what I saw on facebook, I'm definitely not "the only one" who has problems with the unethical theft pop ups.
