I can't send them from all my accounts as they have not upgraded to that building level yet. However, if you can send level 10 items, my other games can return level 10 items by hitting send back!!!

Waverly huff now has all of the items needed for the Control Tower and Town Hall, but I will not complete them for a few days -- or until the start of the next quest -- so I can continue to send Drawing Boards and Laminators to those neighbors who need them.
