Can I just check Bali Hi, are 4th & 5th positions accounted for, or booked, or is it available to whoever wants them...just that I've been reading on the postings where people have missed a 4th place for example, but are going to take it back at a future launch.

Don't want take someone's place, especially as I've kind of joined this one half way through...

If there are any higher positions going, please bare me in mind if you need someone to fill a gap...

I think the real battle is for 4th and 5th position (they both are equivalent to 10 silver coins). A battle of patience and guess work so as to not disturb the 1st three positions

As far as I know, the Captain & co-captain have no reservations for 4th and 5th.
Maybe we can do that for future launches?
