@jimstreet Once your level has unlocked these upgrades, you can receive items needed for construction.
e.g. My Town Hall is level 6 but I'm succesfully gathering all necessary items to build me a level 10...

Question is can you use greenies to unlock level locked Town Halls, Terminals, Control Towers, Bagage Halls?

It is a question. However, it is such a waste of greenies, that I don't care.

OK. Then the chances of me collecting enough gold to buy into a casino offer are slim enough for me not to include gold in my strategic acquisition plans. There are easier, more productive goals to pursue.

Town hall seven is now suffering the upgrade timer. New funding buildings should appear on Monday (five hotels and whatever).

Siggy is updated. I see nothing that requires updating my gifting list. All gifts are out.
