That is a bug, some of us have it for weeks. You can probably visit only Madlen. Hope with new update this will be solved.... Most of us lost hundreds of collections, all because of this bug... o_O

Yes I have been reading in the forum that people got problems right after the last update.
But I didn't have any issues then - it started today.
I don't seem to have lost anything though..

Yes, throughout the Dark Skies event I could visit everyone, and after I completed it I didn't visit anyone for a while -until now when I discovered than everyone was "away"

Andy is right, i can't also visit any friends on all my games, after finishing Dark Skies 2015. My games also didn't visit friends for a few days, because i was
afraid that my games also could turn in somebody elses airport, which was mentioned on the forum!!!!.
But today something wierd happened. I'll explain. I played my AYON1 game first and couldn't
visit any friends, so i closed the game and re-started my device. Opened AYON1 again and
voila.......i was able to visit 12 friends ( Android and IOS) again.
I opened VAYKA1 and NOYA12 seperatelly and couldn't visit anyone, except Madlen. So on both games i did a re-start, but
when i opened the games again seperatelly, the trick didn't work. Wasn't able to visit. On both games i visited some same friends, which i could visit
and collect on AYON1, but on both games got the message "they are away". Very strange, because the same friends where visited by AYON1 about 10 min. earlier. When my games reset tomorrow, i'm very curious if AYON1 can visit friends. I'll keep you posted.

my game AYON1 can still visit 12 neighbors, Android and IOS. But the visit-timer on AYON1 also says renew in 5 hrs. as verybody seems to have now. Everything else is normal in the game, didn't loose any collections at all.
VAYKA1 and NOYA12 can't visit friends,----------------> only Madlen:mad::mad::rage::rage:
These 2 games are also working "normal" and they didn't loose any collections. Only got the visiting-bug.

Itis same with my android game, Madlen plus one new added user are pnly ones i can visit.
Will open a ticket to GI today, to see what they can help. And let you know, after i will get an answer.

:eek::eek::eek: I've reached lvl. 56 on my AYON1 game today and guess what??????
CAN'T VISIT FRIENDS NO MORE:mad::mad::mad:.
So all my games have the bug now.

This happened with me, too. I wasn't able to visit any of my neighbors, then I could only visit NEWLY ADDED neighbors, then suddenly most got fixed. Sadly, most of the neighbors I would hit with planetariums and training centers were still saying they were away, despite me trading gifts with them regularly. It was workable, however, and I got through the Dark Skies ok. Then suddenly, I could visit no one again. I complained to A.C. and their reply was:

Thank you for writing me again!

The issue appeared because of different Android and IOS versions of the game. At the current moment the updates for all devices were released. Please, contact your friends (if you can) and ask them to update the game. If the issue still appears in your game, please, send me the friend codes of your friends whom you can not visit.

I sure am not going to send my entire list of friends to them... and I only see their user names, not their friend codes. I also can't fathom that 85 neighbors all haven't updated.... :/
