It looks like another complex quest. A Spy Glass and lots of barrels are to be used. Interesting! For example, The Land of Opportunity and The Great Game were simple.
My tiny WP city is not going to make it but at least it'll gather stuff for the next time.
The catch is that Map to Area 51 is not affected by Spy Glass since it not a collectible item. And there's an opinion that Spy Glass and Dice don't work well together, do they?
