iOS Where in the world are all my neighbors?

IOS: 9.2.1
Version: 4.7 (just updated yesterday)

Just new to the forum, been reading for a bit though. So after all the negative responses I didn't upgrade to 4.6 but I finally caved in yesterday to the 4.7. Everything works ok and no major complaints but lo and behold I lost all 136 neighbors I had collected over the last few months. Sent a couple emails to game support, nothing yet. Suggestions?

According to GI this version should allow to readd all lost neighbors. I belive that on this forum you can find best players in the game and whats more important, they all are more then willing to help with anything. From what I learned in last 1,5 year is that you don't need anyone else except forum members in your friend list. I was close to gave up from the game, finding this forum helped me to stay in the game and significantly improve my gameplay.
