Yeah - thanks for the welcome, but only came by to say goodbye and expresshow poor the whole support service has been. I would never recommend a GI game to anybody else - suck us in, take our cash then fail to deliver on your side of the bargin!

Sorry that I have had to come to post on here but I am utterly pissed off with your support team. My game crashed the first week of december when there was an update - you failed to fix it, you have since given me 3 other fixes and none of them worked. I have even had games I was playing just to get to level 5 to give you a new account to work with crash twice.

I am told that it has taken you so long to respond that my original game can not be restored. I have told you about every building, plane cash and notes that I have had and you have tried another 2 times to give me a restoration code and yet they have failed as well - and I am told to wait for the next upgrade - which I did and you failed again.

I was a daily player - level 55 (because the update that opened up level 60 was the one that took me down) with 189 stars and now I am leaving.

I will still email your alleged support team and continue to demand that you return all the actual cash I have spent. You took my money and

Hello and goodbye.

I used to be "urme". I was a level 55, daily player back when that was the highest level, as well as a 189 star player. I was playing every day for about 16 months, and 9 weeks ago your upgrade failed and took me game down, returning me to level 1 (for the third time in 2 months) - you failed to restore it despite numerous requests.

Then the substitute game I was playing to create a new also got rubbished - returned to level 1 again.

So far you have given me 4 "fixes" all of which have failed to work.

Then you tell me that my original game was lost so long ago it cant be restored. You ask me for loads of detail and promise that you will give me a code that will at least restore my planes, buildings, cash, notes and level. I spent hours getting the list and details together - send it to you. You send me another fix and it fails to work. You tell me to wait for next upgrade and it will be restored - I wait, receive yet another code and get fed up because that does not work either.

Your support then tells me to wait again - never a timescale, just wait.

Well no more - your product is unreliable and your support is not supportive, it is worthless and frustrating.

I have asked you to either return the real world cash I have spent, that you have taken for a product that you have lost.

I never get a reply, I never get a resolution and I never get my ££$$ back - daylight robbery.

Sort this out now - I should say please but you have had weeks to do this and I get nothing back that works - so there is no please there is just DO IT NOW!!!
