A have problem. Can't visit my neighbors. Show me message ,,You've reached the maximum neighbors number. Remove some or clear your request. until their total number neighbors reaches 500. I don't understand, Do I have to remove the entire community served?

You "only" can have 500.
Are them all actives in the game?

That shouldn't impact your ability to visit neighbors from a logical perspective....well, it is GI, so perhaps logic is out the window.
