How do you partner with a neighbor on space launch?

You partner up by joining someone else launch, all of the different forums have a launch area.

Before join you to make sure have a few things ready, like enough fuel and other items to at least be able to contribute a few points. You have a launch platform as the same type you want to join.

Green is the lowest launch level. Blue is the second and in a future up date red and beyond.
