Hi all, for quite some time my weather station looks like this. Can’t do anything with it anymore. Not even upgrade, put it in warehouse or whatever. Has anyone had the same problem as well as the solution to it?

Apart from the fact that it’s broken, I have never completed a single cycle on it (when it worked) as at some point it would ask for a flight with a plane that I don’t use. What I figured was that if my level allowed the plane, It would be there.

Yes, it's been like that since I started playing (2 years ago or so). At the time I bought the building not to get the bonuses but to get the active effect of the building (reduces chance of bad weather and increases chance of getting weather bonus).
But I am not totally sure how effective the building is to reduce bad weather, etc.
