visa centre for auto collecting pax - have you got, how do you use, hints?

with a few extra greenies around, am thinking of investing in a visa centre or two but as they don't work like normal buildings, I'd welcome any advice, hints on their use, which contracts you use, where do you find best to put them etc??? many thanks in advance

Best thing I ever bought. You need 6 VC to make it worthwhile and then slowly invest in the Police Stations. Can collect a vast portion of my city passengers with 6 clicks. No more tapping. You dont need to run contracts. Just use them as a HUGE time saver. But yes costly, but seriously good idea - after SuperFast livery!!

They are a worthy investment if looking for increased pax capability. They are also a costly investment especially when combined with Police Stations and their use can vary. Even a single center\Centre can be very useful but albeit very time consuming as have to move buildings around (or some layout to only move centre) to collect plus this will eventually likely crash your game. This can be minimized by visiting Madlen every ~10 buildings moved but you can imagine the extra effort involved but can pay off by storing 10-20k or more (depends upon available buildings) pax especially when combined with magie square and family ticket bonus. It has been noted however there is a difference in auto-collect (contract) vs manual (loss of drops) though so planning of buildings within collection range is important.

I got a visa centre as I was told it's a good way of increasing your passenger yield. Trouble is, I don't get it at all - what are you supposed to do? How does it all work? I don't get it and I can't find any suitable guide in any forum! Please help!

There is a misunderstanding here in that they do NOT increase your passenger capacity. Standalone ALL they do is help to MANUALLY collect from pax buildings. A second side to them is in relation to a Magic Square. Yes putting pax through that increases the pax numbers available. But time consuming. Better to do running a contract. Moving the VC to collect is, for me, only done to collect 3x3 during a contract.
