I think that event will come on 13th of February as it is Monday and most event's starts on Monday and last 15 days to end on Sunday night which in this case would be 1st march.

Well sorry,my mistake,
I was only thinking that event end's on Sunday and i just cut 15 days from 1st march and written that without any idea.
Sorry again but still i think event will start on 13th of February, Friday.
