Upgrade Symbols

I wish there was a way to turn off the green⬆and ! . It gets really frustrating when you are trying to collect coins or passengers but keep hitting the arrow to upgrade a building. I don't have $2000 greenies or 2000000 coins to spend in upgrading my refineries and probably won't for a long time. Maybe there could be an on/off button for these symbols.

try relocate upgradeable buildings to far corners to avoid that.

That's what I've done as much as possible. But when there are 6 - 8 of them on the airport side alone it's not always possible.
