Windows Updates on using bonuses?

HI all,

I was wondering if over the past year or so there are any changes to using the bonuses Spy Glass, Golden Dice and Dice. Mainly interested in the use for obtaining Adventure Buildings, and what to use when obtaining items for QLs.
Long felt (maybe wrong) that Spy Glass to use for Adventure Bld drops and Golden Dice for getting Qls.
Any thoughts appreciated.

have you seen capt rollins analysis on the drop rates for the new airport buildings....? around here somewhwere
