Windows Transferring game to someone else

However in theory if you have the friend code of the person you want to transfer the game to, just submit a support request to have your game transferred. Just say you are transferring your game to a new device. You don't have to say you don't own that device.

Except that, it only works between different platforms. Otherwise they’ll say to use the google, iOS or windows profile.

My thinking is that if you give your account like as Apple ID(if you use IOS), google account(if you use Android), and etc, to your friend, like as you give your device to your friend, and he/she like to continue your game, why not he/she can not play it. Is this thinking wrong?

If your both on windows - officially there is no way to get info between devices other than them doing it for you. So - why tell them that the new device is not owned by you?
On the other hand - could try just backing up the game: how to back-up
