Windows yes. Logged in again this morning, sadly still nothing. Game did a full re load when opening however the only new thing that appeared today was a new Supersale window. I guess no event for me this time, Haven't had any issue with previous events being active.

Thanks Harcort. My COG settings only displays this (unless I am choosing wrong one).

I play via the trail.gg website if this makes a difference however I haven't had any issues with previous events. Did the Halloween and Gamer one. Tried Logging out then Logging back in also. The code today gave me some items for the event from the chest.

You might also try contacting Trail since you are using their platform and apparently no other Windows player is experiencing this issue.
Have you already tried clearing your trail cache and redownload?
You could also install game directly via Windows store under a new ID and see if get event. If so, then you know is a trail issue.
Make sure to provide your trail ID to GI when contact.

Why use trail? AC isn't that complex and there's a Windows version.

Thx. I fired off a message to them. Wait to see what they come back with. I was only using trail as that is how I came across the game. Thought would give it a crack and see what it was like. Unfortunately clearing cache etc gave no joy either.

after reading that about Trail, I guess you can’t say you’re playing on windows… it’s more like you’re playing on cloud, via their platform…
also, you don’t need to worry about downloads… so I guess that’s why the resources button doesn’t make sense… resources must be in Trail cloud… ?
