Yes but it can vary destination to destination. True comparison would be to redo the first destination identically but with different bonuses.
That isnt even either. I have run the same destination twice with identical setup and received vastly different results.

The game probably (who can say for sure? Did we write the code?) has a randomisation element that changes effectiveness on each run. Comparisons are meaningless.

And a statement based on 40 flights even less so. This is an old thread. There is another which has more comparisons with higher sample sizes.

There is randomization, but it doesnt influence the drop percentage. It's just a simple luck of the draw. In a sample of 50, sometimes you'll get 10 drops in that run, sometimes 30, sometimes none at all...each case with the same exact drop rate. As more samples are collected, the actual drop rate should more closely resemble the expected drop rate.
 
Stacking bonuses increases drop rates.

Yes we know, but we were questioning if a change happened without our knowledge
