iOS sponsor video

ı cant watch the sponsor video since 5 days. do u know why?

For some people (like me) the video stopped a few months ago and from the looks of it the videos won't be back. Not 100% sure but i suspect once you play for x number of days or reach a certain level the videos won't be able to play. They want you to spend real money

This is the reason why you don't have free videos, every time You bought something you need to wait 1 week before you got back the free video

Also try switching you tablet off completely and then restarting - that more often than not works for me

it is so annoying not having videos, i cant get anything done
no improvements can be made, only received a few items to get through so far

@AshPort try switching off your tablet and restart again. Like @Blue Jay , I often solve that issue with a clean start over

I have to giggle at the android and ios players who complain when they don't get their videos. Windows players have NEVER had videos, and we get along just fine!

Please don't take this comment wrong - I've played on Android and really, really appreciate the videos, and miss them when I can't get them, also. When GI lets you get used to having something, then they take it away, it hurts the game play!

if you start with videos, you feel its a way to move forward in the game, i too play games on windows where i have no videos

I can watch the videos, but I do not receive anything for them...no construction upgrades, no pocket knives, ect.
