Hello, it looks as if you have some of this site down, however, you need to post in the proper area in order to gain neighbors and request gifts. For you that would be the daily trading thread located here https://www.airportcitygame.com/forums/android-ios-airport-city-item-trading.27/
They do create a new thread each day that is dated. Go into the current thread post your info and request to be neighbors with others. Once you have new neighbors from here you can just use each others signatures to help with gifting items that are needed.
