Got a Vet. Museum and a Hangar...had to complete the quest though since I needed the language to change, but will return gifts from neighbors that want them.

So essentially, we've learned quickly that the number of hangars is irrelevant to the visiting neighbors/neighbours. But the gifting item and the museums is what really matters.

To android players: I found the best way to remember to switch language is to download an app called "change language" (all it does is take you to the change language screen) and create a shortcut folder with that and airport city in on your homepage, working well for me.

Ah yea I should have mentioned, had to guess it too lol, it's Pусский if anyone else needed to know
