Redesign alliences

Hi, most of us don't like alliences as designed now, but let give some designs which we would like.....

My first design would be:
An alliance always has max 4 members
An alliance gets one map for each participant after completing the task.
The task is: fly all 60 standard flights one time.(when leveling up: 65, 70 etc in the future). More on one destination are not saved for later. After flying all destinations one time you receive a map, the allience will be dismanteld. The flights to be completed and/or completed are shown within the allience.
No time limit. If you want to also do ranking in alliences, than there can be a top... With the most allience tasks completed in a week.

Advantage:
A you complete a task quicker by working together, not against each other
B high and low level players can/must team up as ALL levels and planes are in the task. Lower level players can also play this
C everybody can earn (slowly) alliencemaps
D if you want, you can do it alone

That would be my redesign.....

Edit: 60/4=15 flights each.... Oke, not one time each but five times each destination for completing the task

If anyone wants to check how alliance feature can get better, you can play PARADISE ISLAND 2, An Union feature has just been added to it and it's really good except that you can't join union on your own, Rest everything is superb there, it's graphics etc and most importantly no bug's and can be played offline as well. Please do give it a try(y)

My question is when we may be able to add a new member to Alliances, How do we know who is in one and who is not.
Perhaps updating signatures to make others aware who is in an alliance so the Alliance Moderator avoids sending out requests to those already participating.

My redesign of the Alliance Game would not pit player against player but rather player against a set goal.
Keep the alliances the way they are now, but reduce or eliminate the need for cheating (and GI/404 policing that cheating) by challenging each team to reach a certain weekly passenger goal.
For example, if your team has four members, the weekly goal is four times a certain number. If your team has ten members, the weekly goal is ten times a certain number. What's the certain number? Whatever reasonable number GI/404 wants.
If a team reaches the goal, each member is rewarded with one Alliance map. If a team reaches the goal plus 10%, each member gets two maps. If a team reaches the goal plus 15%, each member gets three maps ... and so forth.
This redesigned game would be more in the original spirit of Airport City, with neighbors helping neighbors, not neighbors competing with neighbors.
