Android Possible Game Cheating

I got on top of the chart. But just after 5 min this guy hacked and reached this many points. He doesn't even have enough resources in his airport not much upgrades. How could someone get these points without flagging.

Look at this airport.
Why people ruin for others who plays more than 2 hours a day just to get rewards.

Are you dissing me? i have fewer upgrade than that but can get to 180-190k points this time

Joke aside, do you know this this guys in your ranking(like he was second or third place before passing you)? or he just pop-out last mins?

If it the later that ranking trick not cheating, old player or people with active alliance mostly know this little trick to suddenly pop-out out of nowhere.
