Number of friends?

Is there a restriction on number of friends you can add? I'm trying to add friends on my new game, and it won't let me.

No limit but you need to be careful as there is a bug in the game that involves invitations.

certain invites will generate an excess amount of greenies upon accepting, this will get you banned by GI as you are in their words "taking unfair advantage over other players".

I would suggest only accepting firm invites from members on this forum and be cautious about accepting invites from other forums.

One of the best ways to check is to visit their airport and depending on the level see how much land and what quests they have finished. Responsible players will have a balanced mix of housing and commercial buildings. If anything seems odd, i would suggest refusing the invite.
