LOL I know, right? I was having a blast with my construction boom but at the back of my head I was thinking I would run out of land at this rate for upcoming rewards. And land is becoming expensive. For half price, 10 greenies was fine but 20 and up is a bit much. I need more greenies-producing casinos. I hope they offer them again.

Long answer: In my Warehouse I still have one Art Gallery, three Art Supplies Stores, 115 Cemeteries, 357 Fish Markets, three Flower Shops, 15 Gift Shops, two Grocery Stores, 18 Halloween Shops, five Hydroponic Greenhouses, 93 Ice Castles, nine Ice Sculpture Parks, twelve Igloos, three Indian Restaurants, nine Mail Kiosks, 48 Merry-go-rounds, 384 Mexican Restaurants, one Movie Theater, four Newspaper Buildings, 373 Pet Shops, seven Santa's Houses, eight Saunas, three Schools of Martial Arts, 15 Skating Rinks, nine Space Needles, 16 Space Travel Monuments, 128 Stadiums, three Tea Houses, four Turf Houses, 17 Universities and three Veterans Memorial Museums.

By seeing your answer, i think you might need at least 100-200 more land expansion to put the buildings in you r warehouse.

(Laugh out loud!) Actually, I have no intention of placing all of those buildings.
Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining. I am most impressed and absolutely delighted that the programmers were able to give us more land and the ability to store buildings in the Warehouse. That is a real accomplishment that they should be very proud of. It's just that land expansion has been this game's bottleneck for years. (That and only having one Additional Fuel Station.) I'm just thinking ahead.

Actually, I'd rather have the ability to store planes in the Warehouse. I've spent millions of coins buying and selling planes to have the ones necessary for the current quest. For the last destination quest I had to sell eight Giants to buy eight Jumbos. My only permanent planes are one Giant S2 and three Giant S2s that I paid tokens for.

I have to say that planning a layout for the best ways to place buildings is one of the joys of Airport City for me ... and it was a lot of fun and quite a challenge to have more land to play with. Now that Decorations give passenger bonuses, the layout is even more important. When you're on a quest sending out Jumbos or Giants, the more passengers you have, the easier the quest. I've already placed the maximum ten each of the Tree, Small Lake and Angel Monument ... plus the four Metro Stations I got from the last promotion. The Labyrinth Garden, while the bonus is bigger, is just two large at 3x3 cells to be practical.
By the way, did you know the Snowman gives a +5% bonus in coins to buildings within one unit radius? I didn't. Just discovered it.

Food for thought indeed. I don't have enough reward buildings etc yet for land to be a constraint, however I am toying with the dilemma of being efficient with the land and having some aesthetic appeal. I am sure once I have more stuff I probably won't care so much how it looks! I do want to rework my layout though to maximize the decorations - I do like that aspect of the update too

The little android guy from a while back gives 10% as well, also I have a small tree from one promotion that does the same. Using them on the 300 pop. building along with a couple of other decorations leads to a significant boost when needed.

Ah yes, I remember going for aesthetic appeal. Like many players, I started off with lots of roads and Trees and Small Lakes between residential buildings. If there were cars on the roads, you could drive from your home to the Farmers Market and back again. It looked lovely and fairly realistic. But as the game progressed and the land expansions didn't, I changed to the max-passengers/max-coins approach. As you say, it doesn't look as good but it's a lot more practical. It's a lot more challenging to create an efficient layout ... and I really like that part of the game.

I wonder what causes this discrepancy? As you can see from my screen shots on the previous page, I paid the on-sale price of ten greenies up to the 81st and last expansion available to me, which cost on-sale 20 greenies. Are you expanding your Android game? Maybe Android and iOS expansion is different.
