I am being asked to delete my game, create a new one and support will restore my progress and add me to the alliance, so I have just gone back with a couple of questions before doing that. Sounds like they are getting there!
Yes, I was on "Airport City GI", the online version. My new one is on "Airport City" - the fully downloaded one. I deleted all files and they have acknowledged and said I must not open the game until I get a new message from them - I am waiting very impatiently!!!!but desktop, assume you mean windows app store desktop version.... just to clarify...
have updated my map, taken screenshots of totals, casino status, bonuses etc so about to follow you...
have another email address, that's a good call! you had to delete all files the previous time you had an issue didn't you - I might move mine so not in the standard folder and it has to create a new one!

I have everything crossed that they sort this for you, would hate to lose you from the game and as a neighbour.Well? I just checked support and my original support message completely disappeared. It's day three and I've not heard from them. I'm pretty frustrated and somewhat annoyed that I have to create a new Google Play account email and lose all of the perks in my main Google play account. <sigh>
Good luck to all of you that are being taken care of. This could be it for me. As much as I like this game, it's really hard for me to support the developers by staying.
