iPadOS My support ID has been changed or just stolen

me too, defffo going to screen shot a few key things like greenies, level, layout etc before I do so....

Dear player,
The best way to resolve this issue is to create a new account on any platform except Web (browser-based gameplay) and Desktop (the game downloaded from our official website). To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Delete the game from your device.
2. Go to the app store and sign in with a newly created account.
3. Download the game and make sure it starts from the very beginning. Before starting the game, you should not be offered the option to restore old progress. If this happens, it means that you have logged into the game using an old account.
4. Reach level 4 and send me your new Support ID.

After that, I will manually restore your progress up to the point when the issue occurred and add you to the alliance.

In addition, please let me know the nickname of the player who was the leader of the Knight Fliers alliance. Thank you in advance!


I have told them who our alliance leader was....

That’s an interesting update. On my support ticket they asked if I used the web version because they claimed my account was accessed from the web version on Jan 5 At 10:35 UTC for a second!
Do we have the full list of users that got removed from the alliance?
Maybe it’s easier for us all to join a new one rather than have delete the game and start again and reach l4 and get support to relink it.
 
So I have downloaded the desktop version, logging into the AppStore with a different email address. I have sent my new game code and wonder how long GI will take? - I have a screenshot of my totals in case I need to ask for a top up if they are going to backdate the restore, as I have a Mint active at the moment.

Only thing I didn't do was todays gifting before doing all that, so I am praying it will be updated in time for me to send my gifts! Fingers crosed but low expectations.

We don't have a list of affected alliance members, but I have sent them a list of who was in the alliance as I noted them down a month or two ago, and the ones I am aware of who have posted in here.

Fingers crossed! - I will keep you updated of progress.

have updated my map, taken screenshots of totals, casino status, bonuses etc so about to follow you...

have another email address, that's a good call! you had to delete all files the previous time you had an issue didn't you - I might move mine so not in the standard folder and it has to create a new one!

have played to level 4 and provided, so I too wait!!!!

Yes, I was on "Airport City GI", the online version. My new one is on "Airport City" - the fully downloaded one. I deleted all files and they have acknowledged and said I must not open the game until I get a new message from them - I am waiting very impatiently!!!!
 
Well? I just checked support and my original support message completely disappeared. It's day three and I've not heard from them. I'm pretty frustrated and somewhat annoyed that I have to create a new Google Play account email and lose all of the perks in my main Google play account. <sigh>

Good luck to all of you that are being taken care of. This could be it for me. As much as I like this game, it's really hard for me to support the developers by staying.
