Lost all friends via GI Link

Hi there
Since i switched my laptop, I lost all my friends, which is such a..... nightmare
Playing Airport City since 10 years and I am on Level 80 since years.
Now I have to look for new friends...
If someone is interessted, here is my friends code;

Do you play from the Microsoft Store application? Game codes that begin with 2xx are from Microsoft, those that begin with 3xx are from the official GI app, and those that begin with 04xx are those that belong to mobile devices.

When it comes to synchronizing the game from different devices, an error can occur and this leads to the loss of your neighbors and even expulsion from the alliance.

If this happens, open the game from your old device and load the game from your local drive, then sync again.

This is the member showing in Waiting:

This member has not yet reached Level 80 whereas you said you were Level 80 also the member name is not showing as expected. I used copy/paste for the code.

That is at the moment the Problem of the Support Team....
On my Laptop the Game is since two years on Level 80 (Name Airglaze-Aviation) but on the Server they found only my old Level 78 Game !
They sad, they can not recover my aktual game.... darn !
GI Link was'nt running and manual by the support team also not!
