Windows Internet connectivity

Connecting to the internet when playing the game is always hard for me
Most times it takes up to 45 minutes or sometimes it does not even connect at all, so I have to close the game and open it again before it connects and this is so tiring
Please what is the cause of this because I don't understand or am I the only one experiencing this ?

I don't have a problem with the game affecting connectivity. What I do notice that if I play in a place where the signal is lower in the house, gifting/visiting is slower and ads aren't always available.

I play other games and once I open it they connect straight
Right now the space launch I did some hours ago is not showing it is telling me to connect to internet but I am using internet right now on this platform

Try visiting Madlen. That will force the game to connect. (Sometimes !!)

I just cancelled the game and opened it again, instantly it connected

Most times I have an internet problem, it's the device rather than the game. Sometimes, rebooting the device completely helps too

if it's the ads that are loading slowly, that's a problem lots are having right now. It's not about connectivity. And it seems to be regional because I'm not having the problem

But the thing I think I saw earlier this week is if you cannot connect to the Internet you cannot play at all. I think that is not the way that it used to be. It used to be that you couldn’t do space flights and gifting visits and things like that, but you could at least tend to business in your own airport without being connected.

I can play without using internet, so I don't know about what you are saying

Have u contacted ur ISP? Aka internet service provider, they can help diagnosis of the problem

It is not a matter of ISP
I play other games, and they don't give me trouble with the internet or ads
so what makes AC different?
