Android I lost everything

I don't know why but the game started to crash and then I lost all the passengers I had carried, I no longer have neighbors and my 1st place in the event disappeared, longer in rondins.

Provide GI with problems and screenshots generated by the game and request them to fix them

Visiting you through the alliance that your still part of..it says you’ve been blocked for cheating….

More specifically, it states "This player has been blocked for violating game policy."

Ironically, there are other members.

Remembering two or three years ago, for some unknown reason, I was suddenly banned from visiting my neighbors in the game,
No alliance members can be seen, there is no passenger count after the flight is completed, but flights can still be sent during normal game hours
Later, I contacted GI and it took them a week to solve my problem
