Windows I cannot complete the story mission :-(

Below you can see the last 3 story missions. I made the mistake of somehow getting the Knitwear shop to level 2 before that mission came up. As there is no way (?) of getting a second shop, i seem unable to finish this mission . Am i right ?

15.	Start Defrosting!	Defrost a Knitwear Shop to level 2 x1	90 , 90 , 100
16.	Holiday Magic	Defrost a Knitwear Shop to level 3 x1	150 , 150 , 150

you are right, you had to wait for the story mission to build the knitwear shop and as a result you can't get a second shop. I hope I have been of some help and I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas!

Try warehousing and rebuilding, it works most of the time

Just get the building to level 3 and you will get both. I did it twice on two accounts already.
On third, I waited to level up but no difference.

I just got to level 3, and the mission for level 2 got completed. But now the mission to get level 3 is still inccomplete., I hope getting to level 4 will complete that one.
