GI response to no Alliance Missions today

Hey gang, I raised a ticket this morning for their being no alliance tasks. For your information, the response from Gi is:-

"Thank you for contacting us! There may indeed be no alliance missions at the moment - our team is already aware of this issue and we are doing our best to fix it. As soon as we find a solution, we will add it to the game. Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences!
Let us know in case any additional questions arise."

If I hear more I will post.

ha ha - if @Jenn B and i worked at GI you would have had regular updates and it would have been fixed. wish we could do more than raise it LOL!

The numbers are adding up within alliance settings in our game so I’m just flying special maps until tasks are released again

In-game Alliance chat update:
It works if you visit a neighbor and come back.
It works if you play for ~5 minutes in the game.
So, it you want instant communication, please use the forum, Discord, etc.
(and no, the alliance destinations have not been fixed yet)

honestly: we should not expect that the alliance destination will be available this week. I think GI plays the game "let's see if it will work next week" . History is repeating. We got a similar situation in the past and it took a while until GI (luckily) find a way that it is working again. :-( Let's see next week. And what ever GI support replying: yeah - what should we say about it. Words, words, words - and no action. GI

When our games were hacked a couple of weeks ago, the alliance was reset, but they told us alliance missions could only be reset on the next reset day. So I am not expecting anything until Sunday night/Monday morning as usual, sorry!!
