Windows Gate Problems

Anyone else having this happen? As you can see there is no reason for the service vehicles to be busy with only one plane at gates. I have noticed that once the next plane goes to the effected gate the problem self clears. Annoying when it is at a high gate and I have to fill my gates to clear the "Ghost" plane.

Service vehicle drivers are on a lunch break, sometimes they go for smoke breaks and we'll... most of the other times they are on a go-slow, especially on Mondays.

Ahhh, forgot about the unions. Are they asking for higher pay, or more time off?
