Android Game is not playable

My Sulfe game has been compromised again! I logged on this morning and it showed that I was finishing Age of Ash event. ARRRRRGH!!!! (And, lots of swear words!) I logged off and back on and it gave me the option to restore to June 5th or May 29th. Neither option is viable.

I lost all of my Great Game event progress. I had only one task left which was 95% complete. I've flown enough to gain 14 stars and get 4 and/or 5 stars for swift, swallow, and owl locations. I purchased the Premium Class for the current event, my game is no longer showing in the competition list and I've lost my place in the standings. I had several bonuses active and I spent AC to upgrade helicopter item buildings. What a mess!

If you're on my gift list, I've been told that Event is what I'm asking for. This is not true, either. I updated it when the event changed. So, in short, please dont send me gifts right now...it will be wasted.

I may be joining the throngs of players leaving. Too bad, though. It's a game that has so much potential.

We'll see what the future holds.

Keep calm my friend, that is awful and I feel for you. GI should be able to restore progress for you?? - i sincerely hope so.

Well? It took a week to restore my game, and most of it looks okay. I hope to start returning gifts sometime later today. Thank you all for gifting and being patient while I was unable to play. I lost most progress in the event, but I'll work hard to catch up again.

third time mine has lost progress in a month, waiting for them to join me up with yet another new ID....

These releases are getting crazy!!! It's not acceptable to release such poor software. I understand how complex the issues are. Multiple platforms and multiple languages are definitely challenging, but maybe it's time for the developers to take a breath after so many poor releases so that they can get a grip on the impact their updates and changes make in the game, for new and long term players. Come up with a solid release plan and some quality control. Stop the events for a month or two an concentrate on how to learn, fix, AND TEST their software. It would let many players catch up with the changes being made without breaking games and let us feel like we're making some decent progress. I know, my frustration is showing, but my game has been broken twice in the last two months, and we all know how much time, effort, and 💰 are spent by players in this game. It's got quite the loyal following and many are leaving. It's a shame. Ok...enough said.

It's not just android, for the first time in 2 years, I opened the game this morning and got greeted with "Download Fail" the game failed to open. Closed it down, tried again, 2nd time it worked, but it's the 1st time this has happened.

I can honestly say I've never had an issue with android. It's always been with the PC version.

By using a stable VPN, you can enter the game.
I have also contacted technical support for this issue, and the answer I received was vague.

That'll be why I keep getting a Windows warning message from Microsoft "Internet games can damage your computer, if you don't trust the source, don't download the software", if you don't download the software you don't have a game to play.
 
I've been joined up with old game with a few greenies as compensation for losing a week of gifted fuel, 3rd place in the event etc.... think my learning is to be very clear that I'm on wifi and power before I open the game...

For the problem, we can only trust GI.
We can't handle it ourselves, so we can only patiently explain the problems we encounter in detail.
As for how to solve them and get a better result, we can only pray

Sadly : that happens so many times. At least for my main accounts: once a year. And then every time the same standard statement. Amazing . And the investigation: the internet is not stable. The strange : i watching IPTV while playing , or on the main laptop is youtube active. No problem there. Only with GI. !!! Clear where to point the source of the problem: the internet of GI is problem :-D but that is not a surprise :-D

If can try our best to save the player's data every time, it can be considered good luck in misfortune,
but what if The time and energy lost, as well as those who are willing to spend their time playing games
Although I believe that the world is beautiful and every day brings new hope to everyone
