how can I increase fuel limit (current = 90)?

When you level up your Fuel Limit increases by +1 (not with all levels). Other way is to build Small and/or Large Oil Refinery, they will also increase your Fuel Limit.

You can always purchase fuel (not recommended), watch the video and get f20 free by by tapping the Fuel icon on your page, ask your neighbors, earning or buying a Bottomless Barrel or take advantage of today's fuel sale ($4.99 for 2000 barrels). I did because this event uses a lot of fuel for flying during this event.

Also, when visiting your neighbors any building with an oil drop will add one unit of fuel, when you click on it. The secret faucet and the fuel additive bonuses will give you one additional unit of fuel each minute.

@marcin2m I forgot to mention that participating in rocket launches also generates fuel.
