Windows Friend Requests Not Working

I recently returned to the game and have been trying to add my support accounts to each other but nothing is working. They show up as requests sent but no luck after a few days. Anyone know of a fix or are there known issues now? Thanks if anyone can shed some light onto this.

Only thing I can think of is to make sure all games are updated to version 8.47.01
Otherwise, you will have to contact support
