Trail.gg Favorites dropping off

I recently started using the Trail.gg site for a couple support accounts. For the last few days, my friend’s favorite list resets each time I log off and back on. Anyone else having same issue or know of a fix? I saw someone mentioned that Trail.gg talks to GI every 15 min so maybe I need to set it and remain in the game for at least that long for it to send info to the sever and successfully pull from the server on the next login?

Also, may need to add a trail.gg prefix to this forum category as it’s not specific to windows.

Yes 10 to 15 min took to reset.
Not only you there is many players start to connect to that website and play online and they have same your problem drop from favorite list.
