I've just opened up a red flight launch (Sunday 28th February 7.37am London GMT time) and have invested 1694 of 3000 resources so far - 2nd, 3rd, places etc are up for grabs, I will keep a eye on this launch for a few hours before closing and launching. Plenty of time for flyers to join.
