Hi, is there a guide who explain the use of the buildings, specialy houses, for the %-block to get more passengers. Thanks.

There isn’t a guide. Many players group these buildings in one spot, and use them with a visa centre (VC). This will give you a square (often referred to as a mystery/bonus square) with upwards of 100% bonus. With the VC running, buildings can be moved through here to store a lot of passengers.

That's news to me. Was it a one off sale or was it one of the daily offers? Can you remember how many greenies? It was one of the sales which lasted for a few days. The price was 90 something greens for visa centers. I don't remember whether they sold police station too though.. I thought it was...
