Spyglass is the way. Filled up my 100 limit pretty quickly. Sometimes I got 0/10 other times 10/10.
ArchWith spyglass the drop rate is about 25% (tested over 200 guest landings) so getting 0 drops in 10 flights is quite possible - so just keep landing those guest planes.
