I have just opened my game of Airport City & am now back at the very beginning.... I have lost everything. Are there any players who speak Russian?? (I play the Vkontakte version)

I'm not sure how to find technical support on vkontakte

UPDATE... GI are doing things behind the scenes on Vkontakte to stop cheating so a lot of players games were reset, if your game was reset you had to open a ticket to get game back to when you last played.... so facebook users be careful......

I have a question though what makes you a cheater? I have never cheated on Vkontakte so why was my game reset

Nullification has been carried out on Facebook Platform as well in February this year, it happened to those who Illegally Sent & Received things like Mint,Casino, Planetariums. It was possible on Facebook platform as some player's decoded game files and got codes for these Building and other items.
Some of the players had over 100-200 Mint's in their warehouse and 40-50k Gold Tokens.

The reason I stopped playing airport city on IOS was because of the time travelling accusations then game was blocked, also LOADS of other players had the same problem if you search this forum there are countless members complaining about this issue...... Now its made its way over to Vkontakte... so now GENUINE players can now have their game blocked for something they HAVEN'T done

I don't see any issues like that on iOS now and even if you get blocked, support is always there to help out.
Sorry but I don't think it's a genuine reason to not play on iOS.

@AJ I believe it is a genuine reason not to play airport city on ios... I know support is more streamlined & things get sorted a lot sooner but you still get a reply from the same 2 women saying exactly the same thing... then you have to wait for them to look at the issue (which is understandable) but why should your game be blocked just because the servers believe something is going on.... why cant the severs flag a game they believe has been cheating the gi technical support can then look at the game & see if they have been cheating or a least send a message asking questions...... for example

Hello Mr ???? I am from technical support & your game has been flagged for cheating can you please explain how you managed to get 10 Mints / Casinos / Banks in your game when you don't have any tokens.... (I'm using that as an example because I don't know what the servers class as cheating)

Dave can then reply with I paid for them using greenies.... GI can check at their end.........

Since I've been playing vkontakte I've NEVER had any issues regarding cheating what so ever.. until this update

If your game is blocked even if you played fairly, then please contact support team and let me know your ticket number, I will do my best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
VK version is online so there's no chance of Time Travelling.

Just to add the whole time traveler issue on windows/ios/android has all but gone away.
Not to say it never happens but the instances in recent times are few and far between.
There are not multiple players posting weekly that they have been accused of time traveling.
Searching the forum shows this has not been a big player since July.

@AJ thanks very much for your willing to help me, I have a question though, if vk is online & no chance of time travelling.. why was my game reset? I cant time travel... I did fill out a ticket to GI for the game & it was back to normal within no time at all (i'll hold my hands up & say well done to GI for how quickly they sorted it)... but again I haven't time travelled at all (not even a little bit) so why was my game reset

The reset has nothing to do with cheating. It is a pretty common bug which I do not
believe anyone knows exactly why it happens. As you saw they have gotten very good
at restoring your level when it happens usually less than a day and sometimes just a couple
hours. It is rather annoying and I am certain most would hope they find the cause. As stated
though at least they have streamlined the process which I am sure everyone appreciates.

Game may have reset because the problem maybe in GI server.

Your game may have got stuck in a back sector on the hard drive, when they defragment the drive, the information maybe lost.
