Reached out to tech support because my collections were not showing up, and I couldn't see rankings. Got message back this morning saying they had issues and "the event will be launched again soon."

There was an update one hour ago and all collections related to event are back, at least on Android devices.

Yes, I got that update. I was awarded everything I earned yesterday. Albeit, don't know if my flights were counted.

Re-start of cancelled BTS event just opened. Looks like I got suckered into trying again. Just like last time, collections are not showing up and can't see event rankings. Oh well, guess I should try to cash in all the progress I can before they cancel it a second time.

I sent a message to help desk to report, and it seems they pushed a patch because I'm on iOS and all event actions are working for me now.

The updates and and restarting seems to have cleared the problems. the event is working on my 2 iOS games as well.
