I've had my Pebble for about a year and like it a lot. That said, I've saved up enough to buy an Apple Watch when it arrives.
I've been an Apple person ever since buying the first Mac Plus sold in San Francisco way back when. My two Newton purchases soured me on Apple for a while but I've been an iOS advocate since my first iPhone. Recently I had a chance to buy a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 cheap and installed a support game of AC on it. While I like the device, the battery doesn't last very long and there doesn't seem to be an overwhelming reason to change my preference in mobile devices.
Cheers,
Tom

Loved my pebble, it served me well for a couple of years.Had my Sony Smartwatch 3 about a month now and still really impressed with it. Some great apps out there allowing you to create custom watch faces really easy and the alerts are great. Also great intergration with Google fit and the other fitness apps.

I've never been an Apple fan, but thats probably for another discussion! Be very interested to hear your review of the Apple Watch when you get one.

The thing with some Android devices is that you need to tweak them to get great battery life. Currently on my LG G2 I can get 3 1/2 hours of screen ontime with the brightness at 75%. Still got a little bit more tweaking to do!
