Almost Finished

[Kiwi Airlines]

I have a friend of a friend that is expecting a little baby girl in December, and I wanted to make her and her new little girl something pretty, so in between landing planes and playing events, I've been making this. It's not completely finished yet, but it's almost done, just a few more rows to go it's a babies blanket for a cot. Ok, it's now finished, 4th October, gift wrapped and ready to go to it's new home. Inside the box it's laying in a bed of pink tissue paper, I thought I'd go all out for this one

I sent a picture of it to my big sister, cause I've always looked up to her as being the queen of crocheting (her and mum were always the "crafts" people in the family). She sent an email back saying "that's absolutely beautiful" whereupon I burst into tears
