Really sorry to hear that @KingJJ , I read last night things were 'supposed' to be fixed however I got another message from Kate this morning "We have checked flight counter again and didn't manage to find any mistakes in algorithm. Try to launch your planes once again and the flights will be surely counted" I'm totally pissed why not just say there was a bug its now fixed instead of keep sending me these idiotic messages. I'm totally pissed and if it wasn't for my alliance I'd be gone I've honestly had enough....

I noticed that there was a small update when I opened the game last night.. but it didn't change much to me.. mine gets counted like 70% of time... Maybe Kate doesn't even talk to the dev team at all..

What platform was the update on please? I've not seen one on my main!? That's not good, I hope you can finish your alliance task (if you haven't already) with one thing and another if mine continues to register I will hopefully complete before reset, usually would be done and dusted before now.

Maybe...I wish she wouldn't talk to me to be perfectly honest unless she has something of any relevance to say instead of winding me up...I've asked to deal with someone else and she ignored that request like the rest of my emails and continues to hound me with utter useless crap with no significance to the actual issue and adding insult to injury without saying the word 'liar' she is more or less saying I am. According to her there was never issue.

It was on Android. I didn't have My internet connection when I opened the game, and in the openi my page, where the volcano picture is shown, there was a small bar in the bottom showing that something was trying to be downloaded. But since I didn't have any internet connection, it was stuck there for awhile. So inhad to close the game and open it again. When I opened again with internet connection, it got through the game right away, so I couldn't see the update that time. I guess they didn't want it shown to others!

Oh I see thank you. Yeah you are probably right there about them not wanting it to shown?! Who knows... according to them I'm a liar so what do I know...they actually make me question myself at times...not good for someone dealing with depression amongst other things.

We know you're not a liar. We support you. I have the same with Alice on my support. The update in the play store was a little tiny update written miniscule in the right corner. Well hidden. Had to search on airport city uodate to see it.
I think when this event is finished someone needs a real head to head with Ivan.

Yes you're right about that, someone needs to sort this out and whomever it is Ivan or whoever needs to give the Support Staff training its beyond a joke. They make the issue worse if they would hold off replying with their canned scripted responses and find out first if there is a actual issue and hold their hands up and say we're working on it...this would make everyone's life easier including theirs, to me it's just simple.
