I have a Spaceship Launch being prepared, but I am unable to invite anyone. There is no button anywhere that says invite neighbor, etc. Any idea what might be wrong here?

Two computers, side by side, both neighbors obviously.. If one player has a space launch opportunity, how does the other join it?

My Alliance (Robo Aerojets) has 4 pilots max, but a reputation level of 8. We carried 50k passengers last week, yet i cannot get a higher max. All Alliance tasks were completed, by at least 2 of 4 pilots. How can i expand this Alliance?

Random question, I notice some players Avatar has a picture different that the basic white with blue pilot picture. Is there a way to change mine, or is it for other reasons?
